Pasture raised 10 week Kosher King broiler hens processed on 3/22/26 (2.9lbs -3.9lbs with giblets included) and 4/25/26 (above 4lbs, may or may not include giblets, thus $6/lb). These birds are now fresh frozen.
Our whole chickens are pasture raised. Pasture raised is a farming practice that offers the highest animal welfare. Pasture raised requires two things: fresh grass and daily rotation. Our tractors are moved daily so birds can have access to fresh green grass, thus imparting a deeper flavor and firmer texture to the meat. Our birds are fed organic NON GMO fermented feed for easy digestion and healthier gut.

We grow our own heritage chickens but we also import heritage like broilers such as Kosher Kings and Red Rangers (also known as Freedom Rangers). The Kosher Kings are our favorites due to its gourmet like qualities and taste. Kosher King are beautiul in and out birds with robust, active, and have arguably some of the most delicious and flavorful meat available. We source ours from Freedom Hatchery for years!
