Cancellation/Return Policy

If life happens and you decide to cancel an order that has not yet been filled, you will be given store credit for future purchase. Please note we do not process refunds, unless we are unable to fulfill your order due to circumstances outside our control. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at vitoriafarms@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation reason. In the event we are unable to fill an order, we reserve the right to cancel it, and a full refund will be issued.

We do not accept returns of any product we offer. Everything you take from our farm is carefully inspected, vetted, and deemed in pristine condition by both me and you during checkout.

We do not accept trades.

Please understand we can’t and we won’t take your male chicks, grow outs, or roosters you may hatch from the eggs you purchase for hatching. Please know the risks and exisiting laws in your county and residential area concerning chickens. It is your responsibility to have a plan for rehoming any unwanted birds. Our responsibility is to fullfill your order.
