Shipping and Hatching Egg Policy
We ship Monday-Wednesday weekly. We recommend FEDEX, 2nd day air service for shipping fertile eggs; however we are offering USPS priority mail AGAIN as well. If you want your package to be held for pick up at your nearest FEDEX facility, please note the address and phone number of the facility you want your package to be delivered. For USPS orders your order will be marked HOLD FOR PICK UP with the phone number you enter during checkout for contact when your order arrives. This is the safest way for fertile eggs to reach you safely. Most damage to eggs occur between the last facility and the buyers home, not mentioning the effects of a package being left in the elements until you are home. Please understand that due to factors outside our control (carrier handling, X-rays, lifts, conveyor belts, altitude changes, buyer’s incubation practices, weather, and machine, among other variables that can greatly affect viability of the eggs, we are not able to replace or refund eggs that do not develop or do not hatch. That is not debatable. You may have 0%-100% hatch rate from the eggs we send you. We ship every order double-boxed and well insulated. You will not have any broken eggs, but if you do send me an email with pictures of the broken eggs and we will figure best way to solve the issue. If you prefer USPS over Fedex, please let me know in the space provided on the form.
We do not refund any hatching egg orders for any reason whatsoever. We take each order very seriously and each egg is carefully scrutinized and carefully packaged with love and care.
