PERSONALITY AND EARLY INTERESTS: Jumanji just keeps getting cuter everyday. He is a very sweet and loving puppy who loves to please. He is attentive and curious. He likes to explore but returns right back to us on comand. He is a happy little guy.
LIFE STYLE AND CRATING: JUMANJI is accstumed to nighttime crating and daytime activities in a safe home environment. He is also accustomed to our playground and loves to run around with other dcashunds. We would only place him in a home that does not rely on routine daytime crating. For this reason alone, we strongly prefer families working from home or retired.
PEDIGREE/LINEAGE: JUMANJI’s pedigree is well documented by European champion bloodlines on his father’s side. EXPECTED ADULT SIZE: Giovanni is tracking beautifully on the smaller end of the miniature dachshund range. Based on his current growth pattern, we expect him to mature around 8–10 lbs full grown. He has maintained a consistent, healthy growth rate, which is exactly what we like to see in well-bred puppies from established lines. His size places him in that highly sought-after “true miniature” category. We do weekly weight ins.
NUTRITION: We feed all of our puppies Prurina Pro Plan Puppy food with DHA. In your go home, we include a sealed sample of the dry and a can and lid for the wet form. We only feed the dry kibbles. We use Badlands Ranch as a topper and treat for training. We also takes a teaspoon of cottage cheese every morning.
HEALTH/GENETICS/VET STATUS: JUMANJI is PRA CORD 1 clear . He is also cleared by inheritance of all tested conditions, except for those intrinsic to the breed. Both Jumanji’s parents are PRA clear. Juamnji has passed vet screenings and was issued a Florida Health certification. He will go home uptodate on shots. Jumanji has also been micropchipped and his family will have a lifetime Buddy ID microchip service free of charge for them.
HOME PLACEMENT EXPECTATIONS: We strongly prefer buyers with a flexible working schedule, such as working from home or retired; Children are okay, but the older, the better. Families living in a house with fenced in yards for supervised playtime a must. Buyers experienced with breed are a plus but we are not discouraging anyone who doesn't. We are here to educate.Absolutely no public parks until Juamnji is fully covered against parvo, but he will be safe in your own backyard with your auptodate on shot pets. Apartments and townhouses may be okay depending on buyer's lifestyle. Wee pads of fake grass pads would be the best until his parvo vaccine schedule is complete.
