All orders of chicks and hatching eggs are pre-orders. You will receive a text or email from us when your order is ready for pick up or is being shipped. We only use FEDEX, 2nd day air service to ship our fertile eggs. If you prefer USPS over FEDEX, please let me know in the form you submit when placing your order. In that case, your order will be HELD FOR PICK UP at your local post office. Please note, I will not file any claims with USPS on your behalf. If you choose USPS priority service, you are taking all the risks from the moment we drop off your package at our post office. If you want your package to be held for pick up at your nearest FEDEX facility, please note the address and phone number of the facility you want your package to be delivered.
Minimum purchase of 6 eggs for shipping or local pick up. To place an order, select the quantity desired and add to the cart. The maximum number of eggs we can ship in one box is 18. So if you need to order more than 18 eggs, please be prepared to pay and expect separate shipments, in some cases, shipped at different times as well. We work with small flocks. We are breeders who focus on quality over quantity.

Any order under 18 eggs qualifies for shipping rate of $30; Any order above $18, your shipping is $45+. We double box and we always try to include a few extras as extra insurance and courtesy., so it adds up quickly.
Our Hatching Egg Order Policy
All hatching eggs are pre-orders. Minimum order of 6 eggs. When ordering hatching eggs, please factor in the number of eggs that may not develop nor hatch; please be also mindful of the ratio of males vs. females you might get. Due to factors beyond our control (hatching techniques, humidity, weather, altitude changes, conveyor belts, lifts, carrier handling, weather changes, humidity changes, etc…) we cannot be held responsible for eggs that don't develop or poor hatch rates. There are no refunds nor replacement for eggs that don't hatch. Please note that just because an egg does not develop, it does not mean it is infertile. There is only one way to know if an egg is fertile and unfortunately, that means breaking the egg open to look for the white spot, which is the germinal disk. (looks like a donut!!) You will see a yellow hole in the center and there would indicate that the egg is fertile. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE HATCH RATES OUTSIDE OUR FARM. Avoid counting your chicks before they hatch!! We do not offer eggs from any breed that we have not successfully hatched ourselves. We scrutinize the eggs we sell. We only sell and send the freshest eggs collected within a max of 72 hour collection, kept under appropriate temperature and turned frequently throughout the day. The eggs we pack for you will be free of any deformities and defects.
Cancellation/Return Policy
If life happens and you decide to cancel an order that has not yet been filled, you will be given store credit for future purchase. Please note we do not process refunds, unless we are unable to fulfill your order due to circumstances outside our control.. If you need to cancel your order, please email us with your order number and cancellation reason. In the event we are unable to fill an order, we reserve the right to cancel it, and a full refund will be issued.
Our Classroom set
We are regularly contacted by teachers who are looking for less expensive eggs to teach incubation in the classroom. The classroom set is an assortment of various breeds placed in a 12 egg cell carton. There are shipping options for you to select if you want more eggs. Please contact us for further quotes if needed. You don’t have to be a teacher or educator to get these inexpensive eggs either! Your purchase will be a mix of pure chicken eggs or mixed breeds, including some hybrids we may be working on.
Your order will contain a mixed breed or a pure breed based on availability. In this assortment, we are unable to take breed requests. If you need certain breeds, we offer them separately but the low rate does not apply.
The eggs will be freshly laid and collected and if we have extras available we will add based on availability. We are NPIP and AI participants through the Florida Department of Agriculture. We get tested twice a year. NPIP slip will be included in the shipment and emailed as well.
We ship our eggs in double box. Unless notified prior, we do not label our boxes with “Hatching eggs.” If you want the post office to call for pick up, we also need to be notified prior to shipment.
We ship weekly, Monday-Wednesday, on the order which payment is received. We kindly ask you to review our farm policies before purchasing.
